• New Cell Phone Policy - In accordance with Tennessee state law,
  WCS Board Policy 6.312
  Students in grades 9-12 may possess wireless communication devices so long as such devices are silenced and not used during the school day. Students in grades 9-12 may use a wireless communication device during the student's lunch period. Such devices include any portable wireless device that has the capability to provide voice, messaging, or other data communication between two or more parties.
   
• Early Dismissal Procedures 2025-2026 - *** We will NOT accept early dismissal requests by email. *** If your student needs to be dismissed early for the day, please fill out the this Early Dismissal Form by clicking on the link or have a paper note turned in to main office no later than 8:00 AM, and will reopen at 2:30 PM.
  • Paper notes should include:

    • Student’s FULL

    • Name Grade

    • Date of early dismissal

    • Time to leave school

    • Reason for early dismissal

    • Parent's name printed with phone number

    • Parent signature
