Class Supplies Lists
Suggested classroom supplies for various classes at Page High. Please refer to the class syllabus distributed at the beginning of the school year as the information below is a suggested list.
The checkpoints safety course is required by all student drivers before they receive their parking pass. Any student who has a driver’s permit may take the course, though it is recommended that students take the course within 3 months of getting their license.
The student and a parent must be part of the same session at the same location. The training course usually takes about one hour. The sign-up form will close 24 hours before the scheduled session. Please only sign up once for the session you wish to attend (only complete the form one time for the same student). If you are not able to attend the session you signed up for, please contact Dylan Davis (dylan.davis@wcs.edu). Please use your student’s myplace email to fill out the form as this will be the email that receives the information for that session.
Next Steps:
- The student should sign-up for the session via the Google Form for the date they wish to attend using their WCS myplace email address.
- An email will be sent to their WCS email that includes the zoom link and the two required documents (that should be printed) around noon the day of the session.
- Log in to the Zoom call 5 minutes before the start time. Students and parents should have their phones available to scan a QR code and complete a pretest at the beginning of the session.
- After completing the checkpoints course, students will need to:
- Complete their parking application online.
- Pay the $11 parking fee via School Cash Online, cash, or check.
- Turn in a printed checkpoints verification form to the front office.
- Students may attend training sessions at other WCS schools to receive credit if none of the courses work for their schedule, but it is preferred that students complete it at Page. If students are looking into other school’s courses, see the specific school's website for details
